High school seniors, grade 12 athletes, athletes classified as seniors and athletes older than 18 on the official eligibility cutoff date are not eligible to register, join an event roster, complete an event waiver, receive credentials or participate in DRSPORTZ events.
Eligible athletes must complete all identity, age, grade, roster and waiver requirements through EdgePlay before participation.

The official event waiver is completed in EdgePlay as part of registration and roster approval. DRSPORTZ.com does not host a waiver form.
Athletes under 18 require a parent or legal guardian to review and complete the waiver in EdgePlay. Finishing it early keeps event check-in smooth.
