Official Eligibility and Waiver Process
Athlete eligibility, roster approval and the official event waiver are completed through the DRSPORTZ event process. High school seniors, grade 12 athletes, athletes classified as seniors and athletes older than 18 on the official eligibility cutoff date are not eligible to register, join an event roster, complete an event waiver, receive credentials or participate in DRSPORTZ events.
Eligible athletes must complete all identity, age, grade, roster and waiver requirements before participation.

Complete Before Participation
The official event waiver is completed as part of registration and roster approval. DRSPORTZ.com does not host a waiver form.
Parent / Guardian Reminder
Athletes under 18 require a parent or legal guardian to review and complete the waiver. Finishing it early keeps event check-in smooth.
