How DRSPORTZ collects, uses, protects, and shares the information you give us.
We collect information you give us directly — for example when you register for an event, submit an athlete, apply for media or vendor access, join a notify list, make a purchase, or contact us. Depending on the form, this can include your name, email address, phone number, team or organization, and (for purchases) payment details processed by our payment provider.
We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as your device type, browser, and pages viewed, so the site works correctly and we can understand which content is useful.
We use the information to run our events and services: to confirm registrations, respond to requests, process payments, send you the messages you asked for, issue credentials, and improve the platform.
We only send marketing or promotional messages to people who have asked to receive them, and every such message includes a way to opt out.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example our payment processor, email/SMS delivery services, and hosting — and only as needed to perform that work.
We may also share information when required by law, or to protect the safety of participants at our events.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or as required by law.
Because we serve youth athletes, some registrations are completed by a parent or guardian on a child's behalf. See our Children's Privacy Notice for details on how we handle information about minors.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information — see our Data Correction & Deletion Requests page.
