THE ROAD TO THE CROWN gives approved vendors access to athletes, parents, coaches, team directors, fans, and football families who remain on-site for extended periods throughout the weekend. Vendor spots are limited and must be approved by DRSPORTZ.

Food Vendor Spots Are Limited
DR7 limits food vendor approvals at most ROAD TO THE CROWN events to approximately 3–4 approved food vendors. This helps protect vendor opportunity, reduce category overcrowding, and create a stronger earning environment for approved food vendors.

Standard Approved Vendor Access: $1,200 per event
Vendor pricing may vary based on event city, vendor category, placement, space needs, venue requirements, and multi-event participation. Crown National Championship vendor opportunities are priced separately as premium/custom opportunities.
Per attendee — $1,200 vendor fee across 3,000 attendees
Per attendee — $1,200 vendor fee across 7,000 attendees
Sales are not guaranteed, but the audience access, dwell time, limited vendor approvals, and event-day demand create a real opportunity for prepared vendors.

Submit Vendor Request
Complete the vendor application for the ROAD TO THE CROWN event you want to attend.
DRSPORTZ Reviews Your Application
DRSPORTZ reviews vendor category, event fit, licensing status, venue requirements, space needs, and overall professionalism.
Approval Email Sent
If approved, you will receive your vendor fee, required document upload link, vendor agreement, and payment page.
Upload Required Documents
Approved vendors may be required to upload licensing, permits, insurance, menu, product list, or venue-required documentation.
Sign Vendor Agreement
All approved vendors must sign the DRSPORTZ Vendor Agreement before operating on-site.
Complete Payment
Vendor payment must be completed before your spot is confirmed.
Receive Event-Day Instructions
Confirmed vendors receive setup time, arrival instructions, vendor location, operating hours, parking instructions, and on-site contact information.
