Food vendor approvals are intentionally scarce. To protect on-site demand and avoid oversaturating the audience, DRSPORTZ approves only a small number of food vendors at most standard ROAD TO THE CROWN events.
That scarcity is the advantage. Approved food vendors operate with limited competition in front of a hungry, captive crowd across two full days — but spots go fast and must be approved by DRSPORTZ.

From Application to Event Day
Application
Submit the vendor application for the ROAD TO THE CROWN event you want to attend.
Review
DRSPORTZ reviews vendor category, event fit, licensing, venue requirements, and professionalism.
Approval
If approved, you receive your vendor fee, document upload link, agreement, and payment page.
Documents
Approved vendors upload licensing, permits, insurance, menu, or venue-required documentation.
Agreement
All approved vendors sign the DRSPORTZ Vendor Agreement before operating on-site.
Payment
Vendor payment must be completed before your spot is confirmed.
Event Day
Confirmed vendors receive setup time, arrival instructions, location, hours, and on-site contacts.

DRSPORTZ may promote approved vendor information through DRSPORTZ-owned email, text, social media, website, media, and event-day communication channels when available. DRSPORTZ does not guarantee sales, revenue, customer volume, or specific promotional results.
