Registration Terms

1. Eligibility & Accuracy

The person registering confirms they are authorized to register the team or athlete and that the information provided is accurate. Athletes must meet any age/eligibility requirements published for the event.

2. Required Documents

Participation requires the applicable waiver, parent/guardian consent (for minors), and agreement to the Code of Conduct. Registration is not complete until these are on file and any required payment is received.

3. Schedule Changes

Event dates, venues, formats, and divisions may change. We will communicate material changes to registered participants using the contact details on file.

4. Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
