Refund & Cancellation Policy
How refunds and cancellations work for registrations, tickets, and fees.

1. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund or cancel a registration, contact info@drsportz.com with your order details before the event. Requests are reviewed on the terms published for the specific event.
2. Event Cancellation or Postponement
If DRSPORTZ cancels an event, registered participants will be offered a refund or credit. If an event is postponed, registrations will generally carry over to the new date; you may request a refund if you cannot attend the new date.
3. Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Certain fees may be non-refundable where clearly stated at the time of purchase. Any such terms will be disclosed before you pay.
