Parent/Guardian Consent
The consent a parent or guardian provides for a minor athlete's participation.
1. Consent to Participate
A parent or legal guardian must consent to a minor athlete's participation in DRSPORTZ events. By registering a minor, the parent/guardian confirms they have authority to provide this consent.
2. What You Are Consenting To
Consent covers the athlete's participation in event activities, the collection of the information described in our Privacy Policy and Children's Privacy Notice, and the media use described in our Media Release.
3. Emergency Care
In the event of injury or illness at an event where a parent/guardian cannot be reached, the parent/guardian authorizes event staff to seek appropriate emergency medical care for the athlete.
4. Withdrawing Consent
A parent/guardian may withdraw consent at any time by contacting privacy@drsportz.com. Withdrawal applies going forward and may affect the athlete's ability to participate.
