How photos and video captured at events may be used, and how to make a request.

1. Media Captured at Events
Photography and video are routinely captured at DRSPORTZ events, which take place in public and semi-public settings.
2. Permitted Use
By participating or attending, participants (and the parent/guardian of a minor) grant DRSPORTZ permission to use event media for coverage, highlights, promotion, and scouting content across our websites, broadcasts, and social channels.
3. Requests Regarding Your Image
If you would like a specific image or clip of you or your child reviewed for removal from DRSPORTZ-controlled channels, email privacy@drsportz.com with enough detail to identify it. We will make reasonable efforts to honor legitimate requests.
