1. Your Requests

You (or a parent/guardian on a minor's behalf) can ask us to: confirm what personal information we hold about you; correct information that is inaccurate; or delete your information when we no longer need it for a legal or operational reason.

2. How to Submit a Request

Email privacy@drsportz.com with the subject "Data Request." Tell us what you would like us to do and include enough detail (such as the name and email used) for us to find the right record.

To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

3. What to Expect

We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and to complete them within a reasonable time. Some information may be retained where we are required to keep it (for example, transaction records).
