1. Our Commitment to Families

DRSPORTZ serves youth, middle school, and high school athletes. We are committed to handling information about minors responsibly and to keeping a parent or guardian in control of a child's participation.

2. Parent/Guardian-Completed Registration

For athletes under 13, registrations, waivers, and consents are intended to be completed by a parent or legal guardian. We ask only for the information reasonably needed to run the event and keep athletes safe — such as the athlete's name, class year, and position — and the contact details of the submitting adult.

We do not knowingly ask children under 13 to provide more personal information than is necessary to take part.

3. Parental Rights

A parent or guardian may review the information we hold about their child, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw consent for further use. To do so, contact us using the Data Correction & Deletion Requests page or email us directly.

4. Photos & Video at Events

Photography and video are captured at public events. How this media may be used, and how to make a request regarding a minor's image, is described in our Media Release.
