1. Inherent Risks
Football and related athletic activities involve inherent risks, including the risk of contact, falls, collisions, weather exposure, and injury that can range from minor to serious.
2. Acknowledgment
By participating, the athlete and their parent/guardian acknowledge these risks and voluntarily accept them as a condition of taking part.
3. Safety Measures
DRSPORTZ takes reasonable steps to promote a safe environment, but cannot eliminate the inherent risks of sport. Participants must use appropriate equipment and follow all safety instructions.
